Hey, I was wondering If there Is a sripct the Shows who is on your Web Site. Like for A Clan. I want when One of my normal users Is on the website I want a Light (Or imager or somthing) To aper on my website next to my his name. If you could help me out that will be great.

You can do this using a Server-Side language. You need to track the users who log into the site. This is easily done via session variables or application variables.
