Does your server have MySQL?

if so, you will be best to create a table, and call it something like guestbook.

Then its a case of doing the forms to enter the details into the database, and a page for viewing them.

dreamweaver can write the PHP for you.

Do you have any serverside scripting whatsoever? even ASP would help you write a guestbook...
