    change mouse pointer when mouse over of text

    Hai buddies,
    i am having a HTML table where i need this fucntionality. when i do mouse over to one particular column in this table the mouse pointer shud change to arrow/hand from 'text'( I ) mouse pointer.
    pls help me how can i achiev this,

    i've been looking for a cursor changing thing too. but what would i write if i just want the cursor to become a pointer (not a hand)?

    you dont have to use just javascript.
    This can be defined in your css class.

    .myClass
    {
    cursor: pointer;
    }

    In CSS a pointer is a hand. So, what kind of cursor you need (as I see you confound the pointer sense)? See also some CSS tutorials.
