flash navigation

hi all,

Im trying to create a ( photo gallery ) navigation menu in flash that will popup when the pointer is in a certain position.
does any one know of any online tutorials that show you how to do this or a .fla file i could learn from?

ive made a rolling menu but i dont know how to make the buttons link to the main timeline and go to the sections.

also ive used an invisible button to close the menu ,how do i script it to close automatically after a delay? instead of using an invisible button?

any help appreciated.
