While I have a huge problem with Mozilla (removal of marquee, colored-scroll bars, and lack of automatically placing scrollbar place-holder), IE seems to be underperforming in this area. (I realize that mozilla technically blows IE out of the water, but this seems to be quite an important area to be falling behind in.) You'll note that in IE, the image has white specks on the bottom right. In mozilla, the image is clean. Is there an explanation?
It might seem that FireFox is bing a pain in respect to marquees, colored-scroll bars etc. If you go to http://www.mozilla.org/docs/web-deve...upgrade_2.html mozilla has kindly provided documentation as to how to make your pages web-standards compatible.
