    Unhappy Table Troubles

    I am trying to create a table with a border, but I do not want the cells to have individual borders, only the table. Right now, I have a table with one column, ten rows, and a size two border. How can I get rid of the borders inside the table itself?

    Thank you.

    Use a little CSS
    <table border=0 style="border:1px solid #000">

    Gives a 1 pixel black border.

    try this:
    Code:
    <html>
    <head>
    <style type="text/css">
      table{padding: 0.1em; border: 2px solid #000;}
      td{padding: 0.1em}
    </style>
    </head>

    <body>
    <table>
    <tr><td>cell #01</td></tr>
    <tr><td>cell #02</td></tr>
    <tr><td>cell #03</td></tr>
    <tr><td>cell #04</td></tr>
    <tr><td>cell #05</td></tr>
    <tr><td>cell #06</td></tr>
    <tr><td>cell #07</td></tr>
    <tr><td>cell #08</td></tr>
    <tr><td>cell #09</td></tr>
    <tr><td>cell #10</td></tr>
    </table>
    </body>
    </html>
