a different kind of slideshow

Does anyone know how I might be able to get a CGI or Perl script for a picture slideshow similar to this one?

Mainly, adding text to the pics and then having either a rotating (slowly-----5-7secs a pic) slideshow or a continous one like this one (hopefully without the long download)

Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see any automatic slide show in the link you posted...

Ya know, you're right......it isn't an automatic slideshow. It's a long strip of pics.

But, I like how they add text on the bottom of those pics. PSP 7 will let you add text inside the pic, but I was hoping to get a more graphic look, such as these pics show (with the transparency).

Just any scripts that do something similar to that will do.

You will actually want to do this right in PSP7.

What you need to do is make a new layer, open your layer palette and then adjust the opacity. This will give you a slightly transparent layer.
