How to create a onMouseover Balloon??

Dear All,

I am new to javascript. I know that by using onmouseover, it will trigger some action/function...

I would like to show a little yellow balloon/tootip... when a user "Mouse Over" a image on my webpage. Would you please tell me how do I do that?
