Windows XP Pro Security tab

Not sure where to post this....

Running XP Pro, installed IIS and trying to run an ASP web site but won't allow me ("Operation must use an updateable query." error). So I need to change the security on the folder, BUT the security tab isn't there!!

I'm logged into XP as an administrator so I just don't know what the problem is and how I can remedy it.

Any ideas appreciated.

turn off simple share.

open inetpub -> tools -> folder options -> view -> uncheck simple share.

Heh, no problem man. Simple share is by default on when you install windows and I guess the only thing it really does is keeps gramps from screwing everything up and getting himself haxed because he left himself very vulnerable.
