javascript menu does not display properly with Mac browser or Mozzilla

Hi everyone

Could one of you experts please take a look at this menu I have for this site. The menu displays great on pc IE but goes haywire with Mozzilla and Mac browser. I have no code writing experience so any guidance will be great
