Outlook Multi-User Calendar

Does anybody know any applications which make it possible to sync a group of peoples calendars so whenever they add an entry to their calendar it updates the group one, but NOT using Exchange? I have been looking for 2 days now and have found a few (such as netpab, OSAsync, Group Calendar, QSync and WorkgroupFolders) but none seem to work either in the way I need or at all. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

i've done the same myself, and the truth of it is (unfortunately) that you cant get half the functionality of excahnge without excahnge - there are packages that allow more efficient sharing of appointments and so on, but really, it doesnt cut it. Bastards.
