im sure i will have put this in the wrong place and you guys have probly heard all this before and i apologise but i have a problem and i hope someone can help.

i run a small html based site, i host quite a few videos and quite a few mp3s. i have a problem with people streaming media from my site.

is there any possible way i can stop streaming from my site and make my media download only?

i have seen this done on other sites, where a left click starts the download of a file, but im not sure how to do this myself.

any help would be very much apreciated.
