The fact that it's geocities should be nuff said, but just for kicks, I typed in the 3 word name of the company I work for. On all major search engines except msn, this would bring up our site at #1, msn puts it at 2. This crap just brought up some sites selling things unrelated to my company at all and some porn sites. To be fair, each site had one of the search words in it, just no relevance.
I gave it the same test as before, and it looks like actual msn/google/yahoo results. I didn't really like how the results were framed. Just clicking on the link normally put the page in the smaller frame. For multiple search engine results I think I prefer dogpile. Actually, I prefer to just start with google or yahoo and generally don't need to look any further.

Well it's as ugly as anything for starters. The marquees and randomly placed graphics are really irritating.
