Formmail and character entities

Need a bit of guidance to sort out a problem with the output from formmail. I have recently created a site for a French company and their clients have used the contact form (which uses formmail) which when received, has sent through the accented letters they have typed, e.g. éôè, in their character entity form - & #233;

Evidently the sentences do not make a lot of sense to the company when they are littered with the character entities. Not quite sure where the problem is. I know, for example, there is the option of sending mail using outlook in HTML format - not sure if this would get round the problem?? Could I do something with formmail??

Any help would be welcome.

Managed to find the solution in another posting - using the HTML::Entities module to decode the values in the form.
