ISO Developer to create auction application...

I'm looking for someone to create and implement an auction application for a website I own. Graphic layout not necessary as I can take care of all of that stuff myself.

Alot of us are. But we are not capable of spending days/weeks on an application without any incentive.

Being the smart businessman that I am, I would like to hear from the market first before I speak but clearly I'm not looking for it for free.

So... If you would like to submit an estimate please feel free to do so.

Whomever submits the most reasonable (not neccessarily the cheapest) will have my project and the incentive.

The auction app will be geared toward auctioning off different weeks of vacation timeshares.

If more detail info is needed please feel free to ask questions.
