Page not calling propper CSS???

Hi Folks,

For some reason I have a page that isn't calling the correct style sheet. It's a php page that pulls from several other pages to create itself.

I've been looking through the other pages and none of my other pages are calling from a style sheet that should be effecting the look.

I even went so far as to embed the style sheet into the page itself, but I can't figure out why it wont reflect the style I want.

The page is calling from the overall site stylesheet root.css.

Can anybody see why my page is calling from the incorrect css?
