I am trying to learn HTML , JAVA , CGI , PHP but i need some help !
I need to know where i can get good script so i can create my own fourms with as many option that i want the same with memberships , logins for my website and such , hopefully websites or books

I don't know CGI, PHP, and things like that, but I'm sure that even if you are an expert at those, forums are hard to make. You can get free forums from the internet. I don't know of any good books where you can find the code for forums, but at www.ikonboard.com you can dowload the board free as well as create one on there domain for free.
but i mean not just for the forums i mean for my membership on my website also i got it setup on my harddrive to email me the infomation but i want my membership to copy the text and images or files to the page that had the peoples profiles , where it paste the infomation under the person that last joined etc.

if perl is CGI then yes but i mainly want a membership like script where you can fill out infomation like "Email:" in a Mailto form but instead of sending the infomation to your email address send it to another page like a membersarea page or any other page you named with a .html etc. and after one person account is on that page the next one goes under it with all the images and text kind of like a guestbook but with tons of more control and if know the script and you give me the code for it i could put you on my copyright page if you want where you get the credit if you want ?
