please somebody help - posting text

i am building a site for a restaurant. they want to be able to update their Dinner Menu on their site themselves. I thought the best way would be to have an online form they could load the text into and then submit and the page would be updated.

anyone know how i can do this? thanks

the best way is to use an administrator interface build with a certain server-side language on a certain data base type. A very good solution (as is freeware) is to use php/mysql.

Anyway, you need a server-side solution, unless your client knows enough HTML/Javascript to enter FTP into the site structure and modifies it (very improbable posibility....)
