    Inline Frames

Ive looked around the internet for help on these but cant seem to find anything.

Basically my new design for my website will have a banner at the top, a menu down the left hand side, with the rest of the space of the page filled in by a inline frame but ive tried just writing the html and even gone into dreamweaver to try and get it to work.

So basically can somebody tell me how to do this very basic problem in lamen's terms for me please, cos im feeling rather stupid.

    Awesome thats brilliant!

Do you know how to change the size of the inline frame? I want it to fit the whole page bar leaving space on the left hand size below a banner for a menu.
