I am unclear what you mean. If you wish to run a web server on you local computer, and wish to use Apache and php / MySQL, have a look at XAMPP.

If you just want to run a website on your local machine it would look something like this:

    Code:
    <a href="index.html">Your Page</a>

If there files are in c:\documents\website\ then you need to point your browser to file://localhost/c:/documents/website/. Remember that any spaces in folder and file names will need to be replaced with &#37;20.

Alternatively, open up Windows Explorer, find the folder where you have the files saved and double-click on the file you want.
