I've been working on a guestbook in ASP.NET with C#. I'm getting an error that's saying my .xml file cannnot be accessed because it's being used by another process. I've never done XML like this before and what I have is what my roomate told me to do. I restarted my computer and that shutdown whatever was using my file. I tried to run the page again and it came up with the error again. I've attached my .aspx file
