    Messed up design in laptop only

    Hello

    I am not very experienced with laptops and this Acer Ferrari is my first one that uses better screen display.. or larger at least.

    But in some websites it is pretty scrambled,,, objects are misplaced and such but it is ofcourse fine on my ordinary stationary PC but not on the laptop.

    So I wonder if there is a settings maybe.. with the charachter set or something or perhaps there should be a correct uni code in the meta tags of the website

    anyone else experienced some problems with newer laptops?

    What browser are you using? IE4? IE5.0? IE5.5? IE6? Netscape 4.x? Firefox? Opera 7+? Netscape 6+?

    doesn´t really matter wether it is table design or css design on IE at least...
    I will install Firefox and see if it acts the same

    ok just installed FF on the laptop

    Still there are some glitches but not as much as in explorer.
    Perhaps another user who has the Ferrari laptop may only understand
