Does Anyone Create Virtual Tours?

I am thinking about getting into producing virtual tours for realtors, inns etc ... if you have any details on your experience or recommendations for products you would like to offer that would be great :-)

I know some people make them with Flash but im not sure, its something i have been looking into myself!

I know Microsoft do a package that will do it for you / with you.

vrml comes to mind
you can create a plane and the user can move around in it
tho i guess this is the newest replacement for it, havent tinkered with it tho to know the capabilities
