how would i set keywords that so when people use a search engine they find my site

Well, that includes a bit of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
I am pretty good at that, so you want you can PM me!!

For every site there is SEO that you have to do to get on top of major search engine such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, ASK, etc. In order to do so you have to do certain thing such as advertise, have backlinks, detailed meta tags, and more. My point is just putting keywords in you HTML documents won't get you to search engine (fast). There is more to do other than meta tags. In my list the meta tags come like 3rd. In order for the keyword to work you have to implement every type of SEO tricks into it. First, you should submit your site to search engine so that their bots can craw your pages, then advertise your site, then work on the detailed meta tags.

So besides keywords in your meta part you also have to enter a description.

Well, after including the Keywords & Description (above) in your page, you need a software similar to "Search Engine Submission Software" to complete the job.
