Nested Table Won't Center

I'm trying to figure out why a table I have embedded inside of another table won't center properly. If you don't mind looking, I have a page up here:

I'm trying to get the grey search box centered within the table cell it's located in. I tried align="center", which has worked for me recently, but it doesn't show centered in IE. I apologize if this has been discussed before, I am just now getting back into web development after having been involved in something different for the past couple of years. Thanks!

Well alot has changed in the last couple of years in web development as you can imagine. Have you heard of CSS and validation?
