Netscape/Firefox - Linking Question

Hello -

On our agency's homepage, http://kdla.ky.gov/, I've linked to different sections of a document: Family History/Records, Court/Government Records, and Property Records

These links should go to bookmarked sections of the Research Services page at http://kdla.ky.gov/research.htm.

Although they work in IE, I've noticed that these bookmarks/links do not work in versions of Netscape or Firefox.

Could someone please help me rectify this problem?
