Where can I find Flash media?

I am looking for more dynamic web development software than microsoft's frontpage. Are there any programs anyone recommends for PC?

By 'dynamic' do you mean one that creates clean, non-proprietary code? ;-)

thank you for your input. I found macromedia. Does anyone know which macromedia program is a low end program? I am a newbee and have a tight budget. I am working on a web page for my church and do not like using front page. Any suggestions?

just download the trial Dreamweaver. You can re-install it when the time runs out if you want.
