I tryed 5 or 6 domain appraisers but nobody as the same value for the same domain? It seems more you pay better the value of your domain increase? Who is the best appraiser?

A domain is worth what someone will pay for it.

Short is better.
Dot-com is best.
Organic google search is important.
Traffic is also important.

The best 'real estate' is developed, so you should put some simple page up on a good domain to at least get it indexed by Google and generate some preliminary traffic... that will always boost the value...
