    Scenario:
    Dropdown box -
    District 1
    District 2
    District 3

    HOW?:
    When hover over (mouseover)
    "District 1": show text: Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri
    "District 2": " " : Texas, Louisianna, Arkansas
    "District 3": " " : Etcetera.........
