Hi, i'd like to know if there's any way to run a media stream running from Windows media services (on windows server 2003) to a Linux Server to redistribute it?
The case is, i have a computer with windows media encoder 9 encoding a radio station i made to windows media services, which then people can connect to my station with a link like http://myip/radiostationname and they can hear my station. Problem is, my internet only has 50kb/s upload speed and can only connect 10-12 people on the lowest quality. My friend has a linux server that has a massive bandwidth connect and i wanted to know if i could run the stream that's comming from my server, to his linux server, and re-brodcast it from there?
