    Question trying to link two forms (in 2 pages)

    ok. I am not sure if I got the right section but here it goes

    I am working on two websites which haa two forms (on seperate pages)

    what I want to do is have a visitor fill out a form and submit it. PLUS automaticly jump to another page with another form WITHOUT loosing the information submitted by the first page.

    for example, complete page 1 and user hits submit. When activated, then page 2 then loads without loosing the data from the first form. Is there any way to acheive this

    yes, just tested it and it works... havenīt done with 2 forms before. But you will have to do something like this.

    at least the second page must have the php extension, not html

    You must assign a unique id and name for the input

    You will then have to add a php string inside the input of the other form

    Page form 1
    HTML Code:
    <form name="Myform" id="MyForm" method="post" action="formpage2.php">
    <input name="city" id="city" type="text" size="15">
    Page form 2
    HTML Code:
    <input name="city" id="city" type="text" size="15" value="<?php echo $_POST['city']; ?>">
    here should the input off the previous form be automatically added
