People have been talking about something you can download so that you can work on ASP files offline on your harddrive. I would really like this, but I'm not sure where to download it at. I can at Microsoft's website, right?
I'm positive if you got to Microsoft.com, you can get PWS (Personal Web Server) which works on Win95. I downloaded it and run it under WinME, but it has restrictions. Unfortunately I don't think you can use the email/SMTP functions.
PWS only incorporates ASP 2 which is a downside. I'm not sure if you'll be able to use it on Windows 95 though... if you can get a copy of the Windows 98 Disk you'll find it on there.
On the other hand you could try a third party tool like Chili!ASP http://www.chilisoft.com/ but the downside is that it only works with NTFS (or NT or 2000 anyway ) so it looks like you might be stuck.
You could try a Win98 update or can't your PC work with it?

Even then, the minimum requirements do not provide sufficient processing power to operate a personal server, too.
I would like to get an upgrade as soon as possible. I don't know my CPU speed. How do I access info on that?
