Remote upload

Im trying to get a script that will allow me to upload any file to the server from a url to a folder on the server.
any ideas

google file upload script PHP you'll get enough results to keep you happy for a while

nope no free ones and all just upload from your pc.....

ive had a look on hotscripts and the only one i can find to do this is coppermine photo gallery but it wont work with .rar etc
anyone know a sdcript to do this?
