I think what you are after is IndexIgnore - but I am not sure, as I don't see what this has to do with accessibility

Ah subdomains, I *think* that they only work with directories and is set via .htaccess or some server setting.

You will first have to create a sub-domain, this is something that you will have to do in your web-hosting control panel. Then you will have to upload the pages you want on that subdomain.

It should be fairly simple to create a sub-domain but if you can't work out how to do it then your hosting provider will most likely have an FAQ's page, a knowledge base or failing that a contact form so that you can ask them directly.
