[URGENT] Controlling animation in a Pageflip page in FLASH

I am an actionscript noob. I am making a website in flash. It is like a book and you can flip the pages of contents. I have borrowed the source code from http://www.iparigrafika.hu/pageflip . I am trying to control the movie clip animations on each page, so that the animation only plays when the page is viewed and not everytime i mouseover to turn the page. As a very accurate example to what i'm talking about >>> http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en...dreamworks.html

Please download my .fla and have a look. I haven't changed it much from the original source file which is very well documented, so it is very easy to grasp. The codes are well encapsulated and you only have to look at the relevant bits which is not much. In the frame 15 comment the author said "If you have an animation on a page, it must be controlled by the _global.mcnt counter!" I have watched the mcnt variable in the debugger, it just keeps increasing indefinitely. I do not know how to use this mcnt counter! help! I have included a movieclip animation "CircleBuild" on the second page for your convenience.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
