How do I view my page from a user's prospective?

I was wondering how I could view my page from the perspective of another computer so that I can carefully evaluate load times and such. Right now, it loads infinitley fast because I'm on a LAN, but it's not very accurate. Is there a website I can go to that fetches other websites and displays them?

Go visit your grandmother, the one who uses AOL with a dial-up connection, and watch her use your page. You will learn so much that your head will spin.
