pretty plain, but looks ok
Nevertheless, for such a simple layout, you have no excuses for not using correct markup and CSS.
Don't use tables/font/bold/etc... tags

Also, there are no differences between the in-site links and google ads, which make it kinda look like a bunch of ads.
