new window on back to top link

i visited a web page and once i clicked back to top link, a new window opened up and this process continues.
I m curious to know the reasion,can i find the error if i view the source.

hmm, pretty sure you could, it might be that the person would built the page added a target="_blank" attribute to the "back on top" link
