    how do you keep the name of URL in the address bar

    Hello all you great people:


    If you go here:

    http://www.askmen.com/message_boards/index.html

    and vist the message board you will find out that no matter what link you click on the name of the URL stayes the same. How can i do the same to my website?

    It's done with frames and it's not a good idea.
