Ip from router

Hi, can somebody help me?
Im trying to get my ip address from the router, i`ve used $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']; the reason to know this ip, it´s because when i start up my pc(server) it take different ip, according the order of start, so i want to know my ip to put the function in the config.ini of phpmyadmin and stop modifying my config.ini file when it occurs.
