(need help) menu bar

I want to create a transperant menu bar with sub->sub menus. I have tried searching thru google, found one reply but that is not having transperant menus. If anybody please help me would be thankful.

As far as I know you will need to use either Javascript or CSS to be able to do this.

There are loads of premade Javascripts out there that do this, then you would just have to edit it so it works for you like making it transparent and putting in your menu options.
