Trouble centering dropdown menu - Help Please!!!

I can't seem to get my dropdown menus to center. I provided a link below. They will only maintain their position when the site is aligned to the left. I would really like my site to be centered, but when I do this my LAYERS don't center with the rest of the site. They only have from TOP or Left positions.
