    Frames Issue in Internet Explorer

My Site will not function properly in Internet Explorer but works perfectly in other browsers such as Firefox. The issue is regarding frames, where IE users will click on an option in the menu in the left frame, but the new page will simply load in that frame as opposed to the designated target frame, the body frame. No matter what I try, I can't seem to correct this problem. I'm using Frontpage to design this site. Any help?

Yeah, thanks guys, I think I got the problem fixed. There was something fishy going on with those "extra shapes" that frontpage uses to make hotspots over images. It messed up the code so bad that IE couldn't read it, so I just chopped the image up into smaller ones and linked each mini-image separately and it seems to work fine.
