[RESOLVED] Link "send" button to CGI Mail Form?

How do I do this? I have a temp copy of sendmail until I get paid, and I want to link my "send" button to my CGI files, how???

DOesn't seem to work...I e-mailed my Web Host to see if they actually do support server side, because they said so when I was looking through their offers. My client started the website and I've taken ove,r so I dont know all the specs yet. SO I'm not a COMPLETE Moron :P. Thanks for your help, I'll try taking this to the PHP forum.
