i have quiet alot of errors on my site but thay are all the same when i run
http://validator.w3.org the only 2 thing it says is

required attribute "ALT" not specified (on every image )
and
there is no attribute "LEFTMARGIN".( in this line <body leftmargin="0" )

iv tryed to use html kit to clean up the code but every time i do
when i try to use http://validator.w3.org it says

Result: Failed validation,
Encoding: us-ascii

Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because on line 125, 144, 185, 260, 270 it contained one or more bytes that I cannot interpret as us-ascii (in other words, the bytes found are not valid values in the specified Character Encoding). Please check both the content of the file and the character encoding indication.
