Help with datetime

hi i'm new here...i'm using dreamweaver MX2004.. i'm having problems with putting time and date on my website... can anyone show me the way? and how do i put chatbox inside the webpage... thx =)

the easiest way would be to rename the pages you want to display the date and time with the file type of .shtml instead of .html or .htm

then use the code below

Today is <!--#config timefmt="%A" --> <!--#echo var="DATE_LOCAL" -->

it will display it something like this:
Today is Monday, 13-Feb-2006 04:46:03 GMT
