Legal Action Against Using One's Own Name

I'm not sure if any of you have seen this . It seems Dell is suing a guy for using his name in his domain name (his name is Paul Dell). I know this topic is discussed here quite a bit; just wanted to pass it along.

I would expect that if it goes to court then he should win easily as his family has been using the Dell name for much longer than the company has existed and therefore has more right to the name than the company does.

Here's another good one. Don Henley is going after a disabled vet.
