    Converting from FP to Dreamweaver

    I'm sure the answer is easy, but what are the steps I need to take to import a site I developed in FP over to my new Dreamweaver software?

    I've completed a full backup of my site with my server, so I'm prepared for FP to screw things up!

    Well set up a new site in dreamweaver using the current website as the target address of the files etc and thats it. Their is a wizard in DW to help you set up a site.

    Ahah...

    Okay, I thought it was simple!

    Soooo.... what problems can I anticipate, if any? Have any thoughts?

    If you have been using FP I would go through your code and clean it up, as FP adds a lot of rubbish code into the pages that isn't required. Other than that I've never had an issue with DW. Though, the only thing that DW doesn't have is an option to modify permissions on a file/folder. So I keep a seperate FTP program on my computer just in case I need a folder to be a different chmod than that of the serves default.
