Random daily advice thread
In general, a person can learn something from everybody. Let's keep this thread as intellectual and polite as possible. I'll go first:
Every female is a princess, take the time to make her feel special and treat her like the princess she is; and whatever you do, never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever yell at your princess.
Granite is more dense then concrete block. Marble is less dense then granite, To cut granite you need diamonds and water. Granite is very heavy. So what this means is:
Never take my job for granite, you could get hurt very easily...
Apparently some people not only don't recognise the Vulcan salute, they are bemused as to why you would do it. Don't perform the Vulcan salute to these people.
There's a point where you have to accept that your teacher is wrong and that saying the right awnser doesn't help anyone.
Just because you think flirting with someone is just a bit of fun and doesn't mean anything, that doesn't mean that they and/or onlookers will see it in the same way.
Disclaimer. (1) Whilst I will help you sometimes, if I feel like it, and my advice in relation to your actual question will be of good quality: my posts are to be taken with a pinch of salt. I will be sarcastic, deploy irony and include obscure cultural references for my own amusement without warning.
(2) You will gain nothing from complaining, and if you try to argue with me then you will not win. No matter how noble your battle seems, I am still better than you, don't be an hero.
I have a big poster of this in my office, so I thought I would post it.
If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got

Practice critical thinking. Never assume that anyone else really knows the answer to anything, or that they're even being honest - do your own research from many sources with different viewpoints, and so do your own thinking instead of depending on others to do your thinking for your.

It is better to be consistant than to do it-all-at-once.
