It is better to be consistant than to do it-all-at-once.
I don't see the connection. Being consistent and being impetuous are two unrelated traits.
You can get an average amount done on a daily basis and be consistent at doing it. You can also pick to avoid doing it on a daily basis and wait till' the day of regret to do-it-all-at-once. Whatever the case, it is better to be consistent because the do-it-all-at-once most-always has a price.
